Introducing the first of our range of BMW Z4 wind deflectors

Due to increased demand for wind deflectors for different marques & models of cars we have introduced the first of our BMW range . This one is for the BMW z4 e89 Wind Deflector which covers Z4’s from 2009 to 2016.

Designing this & improving the design to come up with a high quality product is quite a process. There are quite a few angles, curves & dimensions to take into consideration to achieve a perfect fit on the car.

As with some previous products, we machine the prototype in Birch plywood. No point in wasting precious Perspex & acrylic, right?. Once we had the wooden wind deflector perfected, we then started production of the wind deflector in Perspex .

The wind deflector consists of a pair of high gloss black side brackets. These attach to the roll bar inside edges using 3M VHB (very high bond) adhesive tape and stainless steel screws. The brackets neatly house an 8mm thick lightly smoked Perspex screen. This is secured to the brackets with 6 stainless steel cap bolts for a superb appearance. This complete package gives a secure attachment to the car.

We precision manufacture all the components using our high tech cnc machine.

As with all our wind deflectors , you can have graphics of your choice at no extra cost.
